Not Happy 3/27/2015

There are a few things that I am not happy about. First replacing my high quality filters with low quality filters does not sit well with me. The low quality filters have less air flow not more. The technician said that the air flow was restricted. He also said there was some junk in the system with may have lead to the failure; which contradicts the use of a low quality filter. Second we were charged over $400 in labor for a couple of hours of work which seem very high. Plus it is kind of coercive to offer a free diagnostic unless we do not use their services; otherwise its $75. Third their website says 2 year warranty but our paperwork says 1 year. Finally the technician offered a solution for an attic filter system quote but did not give us one as promised. They do not seem honest, trustworthy or even competent for that matter. more

Precision Heating & Air sent out a technician very promptly to help fix our furnace. He was very courteous, informative, and did the job well. Everything went smoothly and he charged a reasonable price. more

Friendly and professional. 3/5/2015

Precision Heating & Air was great to work with. When we were shopping around for a new HVAC system we looked into another competitor. The competitor gave us a high quote, and said a bunch of absurd things like needing cranes to install the system. Precision Heating & Air was very cool to work with. They installed one of those Mitsubishi high efficiency HVAC systems. Their crew was very friendly to work with and professional. I would recommend them. more

Highly Professional. 2/9/2015

We have been working with Precision Heating & Air for about three years. They installed our central air system back in 2012, and now perform a yearly maintenance for us. Their technicians are very courteous and highly professional. The only reason I rated my total experience as a four, was because when you schedule them, they can arrive at any time during a two hour window. Sometimes it can be tough to match that two hour window with our work schedules. more

Precision Heating & Air, LLC. put in the new furnace and air conditioning in our home. They also replaced the condenser outside which turned out nice. I had no problems with them. more

Very satisfied, willing to go back if needed! 1/21/2015

Precision Heating & Air was very friendly, prompt, polite, and informative. I also loved the loan! I could pay off the system over four years. I wouldn't have been able to afford it without the loan, and they offered that! The only criticism was they didn't cover their feet. It was raining that day, so I put down towels. But I can handle that! That's just minor constructive criticism. I definitely recommend them! more

It is more personal with precision. 1/8/2015

I have used Precision Heating and Air to replace three units over the course of three houses. I also have a service contract with them where they come out every six months to do maintenance. The customer service is good. Everyone is very nice and friendly. They are open to discuss whatever issues there might be. I have used other companies and I don't have the same level of personal service. The transaction is more friendly and less business-like. They do great follow ups. If you ever have any questions or concerns they are happy to help. more

Adverse situation showed high customer service commitment. 12/11/2014

I hired Precision Heating and Air to replace our AC/Heating unit in our house. For the most part everything went as planned but towards the tail end of the project they ran into some snags which required another 4-5 hours of work. It took them until around 10 or 11 at night and there were 4-5 vans parked outside of our house with all of their upper level technicians trying to sort out the problem and get the project done. I was really impressed with the commitment. All of the guys who showed up to get the project done could have easily gone home were there to make sure the work was done. T. Irby more

Excellent Installation and Service 11/8/2014

I have to say that I am completely satisfied by the experience and the professionalism used by Jim Pendergraft and his team of installation techs that came to my home today. I am very satisfied with everything they did with such expertise to get my new system up and running is such an expedient timely manner. Everything Mando and Sergio was quick and precise with expertise and pride in their accomplishments. At the end of the day I was really impressed by their work and I sincerely hope that they are dully rewarded for the devotion to the task at hand. I rated Precision Heating & Air, LLC this highly because they helped us with every small thing and we've always been happy with our AC system. They installed it and everything worked well. Any small problem we had, they repaired it. They patiently wrote notes for me because I am a deaf person, and I had no problems with them. I already told my friends about their company and to contact them if they need repair on their AC system. more

I've used Precision Heating & Air a couple of times and have been pleased with the service each time. The technician is always very thorough in explaining what he's going to do and asks me questions about what suits our home. He's very polite, presentable, does the work properly, and efficiently cleans up afterwards. He does routine maintenance on our units and I'm very pleased with his level of professionalism. more

Excellent service! 8/26/2014

My air conditioner had stopped cooling and I called Precision and set up an appointment on Monday morning. The service man "Derek" was very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done. I thought the main problem was the capacitor and I was right. He replaced it and serviced the equipment. I also told him that one of my son's room was not cooling. He found that the air duct was split between two rooms, so he fixed that problem, too. He also fixed a valve that was not letting the air conditioner work efficiently. I am very pleased with the service he gave me and plan on setting up a service plan in the spring with them. more

Precision Heating & Air is awesome. They came out on time and just provided us with top notch service. They installed an outside system and also did some major ductwork in the attic. Our attic is super tight and hard to work in but they were able to be up there working nonstop. Everyone was professional, accommodating, and worked on our house like it was their own. I'm so glad to have found them and would recommend them highly. more
