I have used the services of Precision Heating & Air Conditioning since I purchased my home. The previous owner of the house recommended them highly. Every technician that I have is very educated and always polite. I highly recommend Precision. more

Derek was great! He was on time, did a thorough job of my scheduled maintenance, and didn't leave a mess. I always recommend Precision Heating & Air Conditioning, and several of my friends are now their customers too. They seem to hire the best technicians, and I appreciate not being up-sold anything. Corey arrived on schedule with the advanced call as we had agreed. The system inspection was done quickly and he explained the overall condition of our heat pump. We are very satisfied with our service contract with Precision Heating & Air Conditioning, and have recommended their service to our friends. more

I made the mistake of calling another company first and they responded in less than a day, but they insisted that the air conditioner wouldn’t last more than three months and to fix what I have would cost $3500. So I called Precision to get a 2nd opinion. Not only was the 2nd opinion a free service, but they suggested repairs that were reasonable! They cleaned the coils, replaced some duct and a few other things all for a very reasonable price. They showed me that three of the repairs that company number one said I needed were completely bogus. Thank you Precision Heating & Air for being honest and having reasonable prices. I will never call anyone else! more

Corey was polite, neat, thorough, and most of all, knew exactly what he was doing. I had our normal AC guys out twice, and they could not fix the issue. I was dying in this Texas heat so in a moment of frustration I called Precision Heating & Air Conditioning. Corey arrived and soon had the system working again. We trust Corey and this company, so when he suggested replacing one of our units because of its age we were comfortable with that decision. The install crew was polite, competent, and hard working. They cleaned up everything and you couldn’t even tell they had been there. more

Corey gave us great service! Not only did he quickly diagnose the problem with my furnace, but he also showed me where the machine was failing. He went straight to the supply house, got the part, and had me warm and comfy the very same day! It is hard to imagine someone that would be more professional, courteous, and effective. Our last maintenance renewal was done by Derek. He was prompt on all visits (even early). more

Corey Lutrick is one of their technician and he was attentive, honest and gave us a very promt service on our heating!! I emphasized on the trust beacuse we had a very very bad situation with another company (Autumn HVAC LLC in cedar park) and it was a 100% difference with Precision Heating & Air. We searched web after our air conditioner died and found that Precision has the very good rating . And then it turns out to be the total opposite. Yesterday morning ( Oct. 26. 2011). Our air condition was dead (no power, nothing) and my wife called Precision for a check. One technician came in within a few hours and did some quick check and told her that the air conditioner is too old (11 years old) and the freon is leaking badly. He immediately gave us three options. The cheapest one is around $2500 and the best one (in his opinion) is around $6000 with bonus check from government (good salesmen!). I talked with him over the phone (since I was in office) and I was so suspicious of his judgement. And we just politely told him we would think more about it. When I got home, to my big surprise, the evaporator unit in my attic was a mess with a big hold uncovered. I was totally astonished and called the technician immediately, He told me that: Because the freon is leaking so badly, so it is for our best interest not to use it and therefore there is no need to put the cover back. I was so pissed off and told him that the air conditioner works perfectly with effective cooling before the incident, and his reply was: The freon leaking often happens suddenly. I asked why the evaporator/furnace fan is not working, his reply: "I turned if off for your safely". I was then totally speechless and insisted his coming back and cleaning up the mass, and also showing me "how to turn the evaporator fan on". This morning (Oct 27.2011), the technician came in with anther gentlemen (with better knowledge?). He got the cover back with bad alignment and he insisted it is bad before. (I wish I took a picture before). And "to his surprise", the evaporator fan (part of the furnace) can not be turned on by the switch. This time, he had to open the furnace panel and within about 5 minutes, he congratulated me helping him find another problem: the furnace circuit board is burned. I am so so pissed after our writing a $65 checking just for trouble. I am not sure whether the circuit board is burned after his visit or before it since he insisted that the furnace is working perfectly yesterday during this visit. I will contact some of my friend to see whether I should file a lawsuit/complain or not. Jun more
