Helpful service, went above and beyond to keep us cool! 8/24/2016

Chris McRae was our technician. He came out to check one of our AC units that had completely stopped cooling, talked through all the options, and despite our unit being 21 years old, didn't push replacing it. He then took the time to check our other units, even though they weren't part of the original call, to make sure everything was working correctly. He provided suggestions, options, and other professional expertise on how we might improve the efficiency of our HVAC system as well as drop energy bills. Very happy with the quality of service. more

The overall process was a good experience, from Booking my appointment to when the technician showed up at the door. I like that they were able to get to my house at the beginning of the time window. Everything was great with Precision Heating & Air, LLC. I kept on getting people trying to contact someone else for getting feedback but the truth is that I also used their services and I didn't have any problems with them. They fixed an ongoing problem I had with my AC unit, I had a few different guys and another company come to take a look at it without making it better, but Precision Air took care of it in a day. They were good, I would recommend them. more

I just wanted to take the time to tell anyone who has to invest in a new Central Air/Heat system in their home should really consider Precision. An investment like this was a huge decision for our family and a sacrifice. I researched 8 companies and compared prices and everyone was all over the map. Once I sent follow up questions to each business some choose not to respond and others told me what I wanted to hear. Once I asked them to put it on paper then the story was different. Precision was the only company that responded and explained and was willing to put it on paper. I eventually went with them as even the other big name hitters were flaky in the bidding process. Don't even get me started on Home Depot which works with ARS as the installer, that was a nightmare. In the end we got a really good product and I personally feel with a reputable company. The installers Joel and James did a wonderful job and answered my many questions through out the install. They even had help later in the day to expedite the install with Sergio and Shawn. They were all professional and respectful of my home. All in all it was a great experience with a fair price. more

It's been a while, like maybe a couple of years, since I had service from Precision Heating & Air but when they came they were great. They were very fast, efficient and self-sufficient and I don't feel like at any point they were trying to get on us in any way. They just did a great job. more

I used Precision Heating & Air in my personal home and I've used them in several of my rental properties for new systems and maintenance. I just feel that they are honest and they show up on time and they do work when they promise they are going to. I've been using them for probably going on 5 years and I just want to say that they are a great company and that I recommend them all the time. more

I haven't had Precision Heating & Air out for a long time but when we were having air conditioning problems we used them to diagnose and fix the problem and really we haven't had any issues with the AC since they had been out. So I would definitely recommend them to people with AC issues. I would give them five stars across the board. more

We have been very happy with the new units we got from them. they showed up on time to install them and they did a really good job. The employees were very friendly and very knowledgeable. I would suggest them to other people without hesitation. more

They were professional, knowledgeable and timely with the installation and with showing up to do the work, etc. I had never used them before but everything worked out fine so I will use again if I need to. more

Pretty satisfied, quick service. 5/9/2016

The service was awhile ago but Precision Heating & Air repaired an AC unit and installed a new unit. They were just quick about it, also it was during the height of summer in Texas and the pricing wasn't crazy although it was a little pricey. I would probably use them again in the future. Overall I was fairly satisfied. more

Precision Heating & Air was fine. I've called them a few times, been using them for a while, many years now and they are always fine. I had to call them once when my husband wasn't around and they were still very polite and took care of things. They are a good company, sometimes it ends up being more than you expect, but that's how these things go. more

Quick, knowledgeable, and done right 4/13/2016

I had to get my AC system repaired in the summer, and it was really hot so we needed a quick fix and quick replacement. Precision responded very quickly with our inquiry, and we had looked at other companies to get a quote on our replacement for the AC system, and they came in under some of the other quotes that we had. They even made some good recommendations. Instead of trying to sell us the most expensive replacements like some other companies would, they recommended what made the most sense. They installed everything pretty quickly and even able to follow up with checkups in the next year to make sure everything was still good. more

Great Customer Service 3/26/2016

I had my central Heating and AC system replaced. The install team Justin/Dalton was great, they were very professional and courtesy, and answered all my questions. I was very impressed with they're focus on getting the old system out, and the new system installed, a very hard working team that knew what they were doing. The new system is working great! I would recommend Precision Heating & Air to all my friends. A great system at a reasonable price. more

I wouldn't hesitate if I needed to call them again 2/26/2016

Precision Heating & Air came on time and took care of all my air conditioning and heating needs initially, and then I bought a service plan and they come out twice yearly now. They are very professional, timely and they give me good advice. The filter is a little hard to get into the air conditioner and so they said I could continue doing that, or I could get a filter and put it on the intake location, and they gave me some options there. Everyone across the board I've dealt with has been excellent. I wouldn't even call anyone else, because I would call Precision first before I considered anyone else. more

I called Precision Heating & Air, LLC. to install a new AC unit as well as a heating unit on my 2nd. floor. The results were great. The installer was on time, professional and friendly. I think the price for the service was fair. I would recommend this company to others and I would use them again. more

Positive experience! 2/8/2016

Precision Heating & Air installed my furnace and they did a really good job. They were very good. They replaced an old furnace and I thought they were very efficient and very professional- I couldn't have asked for more. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite and respectful. The installers were knowledgeable and they seemed like nice people. They put in a new furnace and replaced a cruddy old furnace. It seems to work pretty well. They came out regularly to do check-ups and do regular maintenance, and their prices are reasonable. The first time I used them, I chose them because of the good prices they were offering and I liked what I saw, so I went with them. more
