I have used Precision Heating and Air to replace three units over the course of three houses. I also have a service contract with them where they come out every six months to do maintenance. The customer service is good. Everyone is very nice and friendly. They are open to discuss whatever issues there might be. I have used other companies and I don't have the same level of personal service. The transaction is more friendly and less business-like. They do great follow ups.
