Power Pro Plumbing Cannot Even Fix A Clogged Toilet 4/19/2013

We initially have a clogged toilet. When Sean M., a Power Pro Plumbing's technician came to our house to evaluate the problem. He recommended a $7,000.00 job to put in the lining in our house's draining pipe because the tree root problem that caused the clogged toilet. We agreed and paid $7,000 for it thinking that it would fix our clogged toilet problem. Guess what! It did not get fixed and we still have problem with a clogged toilet. I called them twice, and the technician came and blame the toilet is not working properly, and he recommended to change the toilet. I called another plumber and he said it is working fine. Therefore, I called Power Pro Plumbing today again to see what Power Pro Plumbing can do to fix my clogged toilet. I know it is not the toilet problem. I am waiting for almost two hours for a technician to come, and I have not seen anyone yet. I will give everyone updates. more

Plumbing Repair 3/21/2013

I have used Power Pro Plumbing before and did not hesitate to call them again when I needed to replace an angle stop for my bathroom faucet. The plumber, Jim, responded to my call in a timely manner even though it was after normal business hours. Jim provided me with a very competitive quote. I then asked him for a quote to install a new drain assembly, for the same faucet, to complete the project that I had originally started myself. Jim completed both jobs in a professional manner. I was very pleased with the service call, the price, and Jim's courteous and personable demeanor. more

VERY skilled craftsmen and competive prices! 3/18/2013

"Mike" and "Antonio" showed superb craftsmanship in the custom installation of my water heater. Mike is an excellent "spokesman" with clear explanations of all proposed work. Antonio demonstrated a VERY experienced level of skill and knowledge as a tradesman. VERY clean and neat work. GREAT TEAM! GREAT customer service companywide. more

Very good, I would keep using them 3/11/2013

Generally I'm satisfied with Power Pro Plumbing. I've had a couple of guys work for me and I'm satisfied with one of them, but I'm not as satisfied with the other two. They are professional, on time, do a good job, and clean up nicely when they are finished. Overall I am satisfied. more

Satisfied 2/16/2013

Installation was professional,friendly, clean and for the most part satisfactory. Serviceman, however,did not tighten soap dispenser correctly as it malfunctioned and I was able to do that moyself. Also, the sprayer wasn't installed corectly either as water gushed down below in the cabinet when we used the sprayer. This time I called and someone came right out to fix the problem which seems to be working correctly now. I am very satisfied with your fast response to an installation problem and would recommend your company. more

Good service, debatable prices. 2/8/2013

I felt like Power Pro Plumbing was enormously overpriced. Once you have a plumber in your home and they start to do the job, you are no longer in the position to go out and check prices. I very much liked the plumber who came out and he did good work, but I felt taken advantage of. more

The first time I had them out I thought there was a leak in toilet, but they couldn't find it, so it must have been a freak thing. The second time I had them out the shower valve was leaking, and they replaced it. I would recommend them. more

Michael was our plumber. He was prompt and very knowledgeable. He gave us several different options to fix our plumbing issues and explained which would be the most beneficial and cost effective. Michael their technician showed up on time. Evaluated the problem, recommended the options. He did all the repairs perfectly and left no trace after he was done. And it was all done on a Sunday to accommodate my schedule. It was way beyond my expectations. i give them a 5 star for reliability and know how. The price was right, with no unnecessary spending. sometimes you get lucky. i cold called power pro plumbing based on nothing more than a google search and a hunch - no recommendation, nothing - after having been burned by the plumber my realtor suggested to me after purchasing our home back in september. after my experience with power pro i almost wept with relief in the knowledge that i didn't have to search too long for a great plumber. i put their magnet right on my fridge when it came in the mail! hector came, fixed up the problem quickly and efficiently (had to replace the old water heater the sellers left us with - it waited just long enough for them to move out and us to move in before it busted of course!), and did it all with a smile on his face and a super professional manner. i will call power pro from now on - probably for the rest of my life! thanks power pro! more
