Plumber Frank arrived at our house within an acceptable time after the allotted appointment time. He was friendly and courteous. I brought Frank to our master bath. After my brief description of the drain status, Frank assessed the situation and gave a written price quote. I was actually pleased to hear how inexpensive the total visit would cost. I personally am a novice DIY'er and have tried unclogging the drain, but it was about time (and with instruction by my wife) to hire a professional. I have seen the PowerProPlumbing trucks many times around Orange County and even LA County... Frank took a quick few minutes to go to his truck, gather his equipment and started 'snaking' the shower drain right away. No extra paperwork, no phone calls to be made back to his dispatch, etc. Frank was done in about 10-15 minutes I would say. Extremely fast in my opinion. He gave a brief description on the piping design for a house that was as old as ours. He knew where the culprit was likely to be and maneuvered his auger to the pipe connector he suspected. That's basically it! I definitely asked for Frank's business card for any future plumbing needs. I know a majority of people have some reservations when calling a plumbing service for the first time (as this was our first time calling PowerPro). But our experience was great. more

We had a plumbing problem that needed a radio camera locator. The tech from Power Pro Plumbing was out within a couple of hours if not sooner. He solved the problem we had. This was a tough problem and the technician stayed until the job was done. I would use them again at a moments notice. They let me know what it would cost and they saved me a lot of time and effort. more

The repair man, Mike Manikas, was a very nice guy overall. He explained the whole situation thoroughly and he gave us a very good advice, not pushing, not rushing, until we felt comfortable to go with the repair. We observed him while he was working and we can say without any hesitation that he professionally executed the job, worth the charge that we paid him which was a reasonable price. He was very polite,courteous,knowledgeable and he kept things clean during and after work. Normally, I hate writing or giving any opinions but I felt that I must say something about Mike because he exceeded our expectation. You have a gem in your company! I needed new hot water heater. I called them, and they couldn't have been more prompt. I picked them because they were family owned and operated, and that means a lot to me. I have no complaints, everyone was courteous when I called and the guy, Sammy, they sent out was great. more

I had a problem with my toilet. I had a handyman work on it a couple months back, it just wasn't operating properly. The fellow that came out knew right away what was wrong. He did some adjustments then checked to make sure there were no problems with the sewer. He offered some information about a salt water softener. He asked where the clean out was and I showed him, he suggested I have some new hoses put on my washer. I had been thinking about doing that anyway since I don't want a problem with it. he was kind and considerate. He wasn't pushy at all and was very professional. more
