poor communication to customers 3/23/2014

after my roast most recent visit to the service department, It appears to me that the service department wants only to bill the customer. my car was only three and a half years old and under warranty and it broke down in the roadway. the vehicle was towed to the dealer and the dealer advise me I would have to pay for the diagnostic and the battery was not covered under warranty. I called the dealer prior to taking the car to service in my opinion they should have explained that the warranty for the battery is only 3 years that was it said until after the vehicle is dropped off to the dealer. more

My family and I have been customers of Potamkin Hyundai for a few years now and we pledge our loyalty to Potamkin Hyundai for Life! From the Administrative/Management Staff all the way to their Service Advisors, they are real special folks. The primary reason., "They Really Care", about the customer. For example, take our Service Advisor, Monica Kaatz, every service ticket wriiten up, is her chance to make a real difference for the customer. Everytime Ms. Kaatz has assisted our family with our Car-Care Needs, we always feel like VIP., a member of the Potamkin Hyundai Family!....Keep up the great work!., as there is "Something Special in Miami Lakes". Customer Service is not good 2/24/2014

My car had an engine problem and I took it to the dealership. They didn't want to give me a rental car in the meantime my car was in service, I had to complain to be able to receive one, after 2 hours being there they decided to give me one, because they were tired of me and they took more than 2 weeks to fix my car!! Horrible customer service. more

It was refreshing to feel like I was getting what I paid for, however my only complain would be for a car under warranty I am and have paid a pretty penny for my vehicle even when for a period of months it was not working (brand new car at that) more
