My family and I have been customers of Potamkin Hyundai for a few years now and we pledge our loyalty to Potamkin Hyundai for Life! From the Administrative/Management Staff all the way to their Service Advisors, they are real special folks. The primary reason., "They Really Care", about the customer. For example, take our Service Advisor, Monica Kaatz, every service ticket wriiten up, is her chance to make a real difference for the customer. Everytime Ms. Kaatz has assisted our family with our Car-Care Needs, we always feel like VIP., a member of the Potamkin Hyundai Family!....Keep up the great work!., as there is "Something Special in Miami Lakes".
