after my roast most recent visit to the service department, It appears to me that the service department wants only to bill the customer. my car was only three and a half years old and under warranty and it broke down in the roadway. the vehicle was towed to the dealer and the dealer advise me I would have to pay for the diagnostic and the battery was not covered under warranty. I called the dealer prior to taking the car to service in my opinion they should have explained that the warranty for the battery is only 3 years that was it said until after the vehicle is dropped off to the dealer. more
