I called to set up the warranty service. Check out with Serv. Rep on dates/times. I was told someone was going to call me within 10 min. to confirm. It did not happen. I had to call again after an hour. Other than that, I am very happy with the attention and courtesy shown by this people. more


Hours of operation 1/1/2014

If service ends at 6pm, and I arrive at 5pm, don't tell me that your mechanics are gone for the day and can't perform the requested job. more

Service dept is ok I would recommend bringing you hyundai for service. Be ready to have your own ride if you don't want to wait there a long time. A ride or loaner is not offered. more

Fraud / Manager never returns calls/letters 11/11/2013

Mechanic claimed that my fuel tank had diesel and thats why my car would not start. I had pumped 10 days before at Costco which does not have any diesel pumps. The service advisor when as far as showing me a bottle in which he claimed was filled with diesel, which is impossible because gasoline and diesel mix, therefore the contents of the bottle could not have been only diesel if that was the case. The manager of the dealership, Frank Pena, does not return any calls or written concerns. They are taking advantage of customers at this location and they refuse to take responsibility for issues with the vehicle that are within the warranty guidelines in order to save their money. DO NOT GO HERE!!! more
