Unprofessional and Careless 4/29/2021

Corey was the service professional who came to my house to give me a quote on AC. Not only did he wear an unprofessional political mask when he came to my house- he would not wear it properly. Wearing a racist Blue Lives Matter mask is completely unprofessional to a home visit. Even a teenager could figure out that you shouldn't wear overtly political clothing when working customer service. After I told him about my covid concerns his ill fitting mask would not stay up and fell down at least four times when he was near me. Even when I would step back he would walk towards me- with his nose hanging out of his mask. I told him repeatedly I'm not vaccinated yet. When I repeated to him my Covid concerns he dismissed the fact he wasn't being careful. I would never dream of treating a client in their home this way. After seeing his representation of Plumbline Services with their lack of basic customer service, outrageous quotes, and lack of safety I would not recommend anyone using their services. more

Plumbline Review - Need blower motor 5/1/2019

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They enticed me with a special $78.00 coupon for a tune-up., then they recommended we need a blower motor because we have an oil leak in the motor. I spoke to another company and he instantly told me that was BS. The type and age of the Carrier blower motor was self-contained, and couldn't have an oil leak, only those motors made in the 60's would have an oil leak. They were trying to use the cheap price for tune-up to stick me with a 450 repair charge that didn't need to be done - -RIP-OFF!!! more

Loved the plumbing team 5/24/2018

I will 100% hire this company again for any and all of my house issues. Wow, super kind plumbers with Travi's team. They took care of all issues for me. The one thing I would make better is for them to return to reinstall my toilet. I have no idea how to do it on my own or what a wax ring is. Overall, super team. Thank you so much for making my life better. more

Erik went above and beyond! He did the final electrical on my newly installed furnace and advised me that the surge protector on my electrical box had been recalled some time ago. I had no idea. He was able to install a new one and also took extra time to mark the switches so that I can now tell which breakers are which. Exemplary, courteous service! Thank you! more

Drain stopper 5/24/2017

The customer service is good ,BUT the prices are inflated ,My drain stopper to my tub broke a 5 minute job to remove stopper with no replacement parts installed,Like a new stopper for starters or drain cover, turned into a $250 job ,In the mean time i was told it could cost up to $1000 if they couldn't retrieve stopper ,I guess I'm lucky stopper wasn't lodged in pipe???? more

Electrical Circuit Repair 12/5/2016

I had lights flickering ever so slightly on one circuit in the house. It was frustrating because you would have to wait several minutes to see it. Bob M. came out found the problem, fixed it and was gone within an hour. He was very patient, clean, and efficient. Couldn't ask for more! Thank you. more

Your technician Chauncy was awesome we had a clogged mainline and had sewage backing up into or basement. Chauncy came out and took care of or issue, He also setup a follow up visit with his Camera Supervior do to the issue getting or line open. I appreciate that kind of service going above and beyond, I will always recommend Plumbline service to my friends and family do to the 5 star service I received by Chauncy more

Clogged toilet 10/26/2016

Found Plumbline from a neighbor and so my grandson looked up company and was wow'ed by the 5 star ratings. Hard work 8/15/2016

I had Chauncy in my home today, He was great he started off by putting his shoe covers on to protect my new carpet I just got put in. He told me what he was going to do to take care of my issues. He also got a camera supervisor out to my home at no additional cost as a 1 time courtesy to me. All in all Chauncy was and expert at what he does, a young man that you want your daughter to marry. I will always use Plumbline and ask for Chauncy. more

Beware! 6/17/2016

This company uses deceptive and inflated estimates. Their trick is to give you three estimates, low to high depending on what level of replacement you want. The trick is that the lowest figure looks low because of the two higher choices, but is actually very inflated by itself. I had a water heater replaced and I too the lowest choice. I found out later that everything in the estimate was greatly inflated, including a $30 drip pan that they charged by $200 for and told me that it was required by code. I had a garbage disposal replaced at the same time and they also provide three pricing choices to make the lowest price look good. Their labor charges are out of this world. Beware!!! more
