The customer service is good ,BUT the prices are inflated ,My drain stopper to my tub broke a 5 minute job to remove stopper with no replacement parts installed,Like a new stopper for starters or drain cover, turned into a $250 job ,In the mean time i was told it could cost up to $1000 if they couldn't retrieve stopper ,I guess I'm lucky stopper wasn't lodged in pipe????
