We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. Corey was the service professional who came to my house to give me a quote on AC. Not only did he wear an unprofessional political mask when he came to my house- he would not wear it properly. Wearing a racist Blue Lives Matter mask is completely unprofessional to a home visit. Even a teenager could figure out that you shouldn't wear overtly political clothing when working customer service. After I told him about my covid concerns his ill fitting mask would not stay up and fell down at least four times when he was near me. Even when I would step back he would walk towards me- with his nose hanging out of his mask. I told him repeatedly I'm not vaccinated yet. When I repeated to him my Covid concerns he dismissed the fact he wasn't being careful. I would never dream of treating a client in their home this way. After seeing his representation of Plumbline Services with their lack of basic customer service, outrageous quotes, and lack of safety I would not recommend anyone using their services.
