I had first spoken to Doc, about a year ago as I was interested in purchasing a Beetle. I had to get some affairs in order, as well as pay down a bit more on my trade. I eventually came to see doc, a week ago tomorrow. He remembered our conversations, and me. I walked in knowing exactly what model, trim level, color, and dealer accessories I had wanted. There was no sales-pitch, he didnt try and up sell me into something I didn't want or couldn't afford. My paperwork was done within an hours time, after a few days to find my car I got to pick up my new Beetle on Friday. After everything, Doc came outside, and handed me the pen we used to sign the paperwork out for my new car, and told me ""it doesn't end here, if you need something, or to schedule your service just call me."" It was a nice touch. I've read some mixed reviews on service, and it boggles me as to how such a great sales team can be backed by a weak service department. I really hope to find otherwise when I head in for my maintenance...
