I shopped around and still got the best deal from platinum vw. I was impressed with the staff, especially upon delivery of the car. Every single feature was explained to me and they even showed me how to connect my phone. My salesman Al T. was very personable while being professional at the same time. I even had alternative front plate mounting options before they drilled holes into my bumper. I recently purchased a 2010 Volkswagen CC from the great guys at Platinum. I've been to about 3 other dealerships before coming to them, and I was so turned off by how deceptive these other sales places were. My experience with this dealership was great, they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable with my car buying experience, I was looking for a sports car and sales crew was eager to show me their cars could do what I wanted them to. They worked with the price as best as they could as well as matching my KBB trade-in value. I honestly feel Moses, and Adam really did give it their best shot to work on getting me affordable rates, and while I wasn't able to afford the exact car I wanted they were more then happy to show me other routes with their great line-up. The best part, there was no pressure or stress, they litesned to what I wanted and respected my choices.
