Platinum VW in Hicksville has been the source of a lot of different cars in my family for the past 10-15 years. When it was time for me to trade in my 2010 Jetta, I decided to go with them again. Even though I did not see any familiar faces, the current management team is amazing. My sales guy David was wonderful and got me exactly what I wanted . The financial manger Ali has a great personality and makes you feel like you are talking to a friend instead of a sales man. And it all wouldn't be possible without the general manger Moses. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process and truly cares about the satisfaction and happiness of his customers. Moses, Ali and David made my experience the sole reason I will continue to go back to Platinum, and recommend everyone else to also!!!!
