I appreciated the help 8/8/2011

The entire process was seamless and effortless. I appreciated the help I received and the atmosphere was friendly and by far the best experience I had with a dealership. In an otherwise stressful situation, it was stress free, they made the process very transparent and I could not be happier. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the market for a car. more

Better than expected 8/4/2011

I bought the Prius I wanted over the internet (email, couple of phone calls), reasonable price, not much time wasted, limited hassle. The Internet sales guy was Hal Lam I don't have any other data on the dealership as a whole, my experience was limited to a few emails and calls, and then shuttle to the purchase, but my experience was good. The car and price were as quoted and the attempts to sell me extra stuff were limited and there was only minor pressure. I only bought the car today, so we'll see about any further experiences, but so far, so good (better than I expected). more

Levi and Cody were both great 7/29/2011

My wife purchased a 2010 FJ Cruiser yesterday. Our salesman Levi and our Finance Manager Cody where both great. I am so impressed with the process i am thinking of trading in my Dodge Ram truck and getting a Toyota from them. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. more

No pressure dealer 7/28/2011

I bought my second toyota here, this is probably the best NO PRESSURE dealer of any kind in the bay area. If you go here, talk to the Fleet Manager, Tak Lam. He's the best sales manager to deal with, he will make the final decision on the price and overall deal, so why bother with the other sales people and waste time? He will HELP you get a car, unlike other sales people and crooked dealers that 'work around' getting you the car. I think you can read between the lines on what i mean. Just recently got a 08 Scion TC with a great interest rate, low down payment, good trade in price for my Acura. I won't ever go to another sales person or dealer again. more

Answered any questions I had 7/25/2011

I had to get an smog check very close to the last day that I need to get it done. First person I saw was Jodi. I liked her smile and friendly demeanor. She got me in for the smog test and answered any questions I had. In addition, the service was speedy, they also give your car a quick wash when your done, and bring your car to you in the front so you don't have to hunt for your car in the rain. Overall, the customer service was great. Next time you go in, ask for JODI. :) more

2008 Highlander Limited from Piercey Toyota 7/15/2011

Just bought a new 2008 Highlander Limited from Piercey Toyota. What I liked about it was that it wasn't high pressure. The selection was very good. (not to mention they have a nice new dealership). And our salesman, Jeremy was great. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always gave us the straight scoop. Haven't experience the service department yet, but I'm hopeful they are as attentive and customer service oriented as the sales team. Will report back. more

Excellent service... 7/11/2011

I was very satisfied with the way the sales person showed me a ll the features the car had and how to use each one. The price on the car was discounted from the sale price on the sticker. All of the customer service, sales support, finance and service persons involved, manager, etc, gave me excellent service, very courteous. more

Purchased 03/23; this is a late review, but here it goes!! Me and my boyfriend purchased a car from David Cepeda, Floor manger and was awesome! We had been having problems financing a vehicle due to semi good credit but no down payment. I had been calling numerous of dealers that all stated they can help but when it came down to it they were all lies. We had been car hunting with no success. Finally i gave this dealer a shot and saw his ad in a Mexican car magazine. Right off the bat he was really nice, and was straight to the point, NO BS! He works a little differently. He actually processed our application first and we waited for a financing company to finance us. We let him know what we could work with deposit wise and what our max was on a monthly payment. The next few days he processed our application, and he worked his magic and got us approved!!! Can't thank him anymore for a huge relief and a great car!! I highly recommend him!! He's been in the business for 15+yrs and knows how financing works! He's your go to guy if you want a great deal! more

Awesome service 7/6/2011

If you've been to the Lexus dealerships you'll realize that the customer service level for them and Toyota is very different. Where you're treated as a valuable client where your choice in buying a Lexus was the right choice even after you have left the lot. Today i was surprised to have that same feeling. I pulled up to the service department and almost immediately was greeted by someone. I informed him that i had spoken to Ed before and I'm here to follow up. He escorted me and introduced me to Ed and handed me off professionally. The problem i have is going to be on recall soon so they took care of it like i expected them to. I went to go have a seat and wait for someone to come pick me up. This is where the service took a turn into awesomeness. Ed approached me and said that they can give me a rental free of charge so i don't have to be inconvenienced without a car. AMAZING! more

These guys saved me well over 500 bucks 7/1/2011

I should have wrote this review a while back I took my 04 Scion with about 50K miles into the dealer because I was hearing a noise from the engine I would have fixed it myself but I had paid extra for the extended warranty so I didn't want to deal with it I narrowed down the problem by taking the alternator & water pump belt off I took it in the next day and the guys at Piercy really did a number on me gave me a rental car for free and fixed everything for free I didn't even have to use my warranty I thought it was an alternator but turns out is was the water pump They only charged me 42 bucks for a new belt which is fine because it is a wear item These guys saved me well over 500 bucks if I had to pay for the repairs Not too many business out there anymore that will step up and take care of thier customers I will more than likely buy my next car from this same group of folks more

I will be back to this dealership ! 6/22/2011

I have 97 Toyota Tacoma, starter failed this AM. Called 4 dealerships. needed repairs done TODAY. I called on 4 dealerships. 2 did not have starter in stock. Stevens Creek manager never returned my call after our conversation. Called Peircy in Milpitas. They had the part and would replace while I waited. FIRST CALL TO THEM WAS AT 1130 AM, WORK WAS COMPLETED AT 135 PM !!!! QUOTE WAS 435.00, FINAL WAS 408.00 ! And they washed my dirty truck. new , clean, and extremely friendly. Tech cleaned batt termninals also. I will be back to this dealership ! more

Fortunate to find Piercey Toyota 6/20/2011

It's really hard to find a good car dealership, but my husband & I were very fortunate to find Piercey Toyota. We purchased a 2010 Highlander in late October from Kyle, who was very professional and accommodating. We also dealt with Annette R, in Finance/ Sales who was GREAT. On New Years Eve we got into a bad car accident and the brand new car was totaled. After weeks of researching other cars, we decided to go back to the Highlander, which obviously kept us very safe. We again went back to Piercey and spoke with Annette who got us the same deal as the last vehicle with a couple extra perks. We are so happy with our 2011 Highlander, but if it wasn't for Annette I'm not sure if that would be the case. She was a true gem to work with and I would defiantly recommend her. more

I got a great deal 6/17/2011

I'm not really a review person but I felt this experience needed to shared. I've been a user of their service department for a few years. I work right across the highway at Cisco. I dropped my Camry off for an oil change and while I was waiting for my co worker to pick me up, I started looking a new 2011 Prius. Jennifer in sales answered all my questions and was very helpful. My coworker was running behind so I decided to test drive one. I figured since it was a hybrid it would be gutless, but its not, its got plenty of power! Long story short is I actually ended up staying there and trading in my Camry and buying the Prius. I got a great deal and it would have never happened if everyone at Piercey wasn't so damn cool!! more

Piercey Toyota makes me not cringe when I have to bring my car into the shop 6/15/2011

I purchased my Prius here last year and I did my search online. I was connected with a salesman that wasn't pushy at all. He showed me exactly what I wanted and even allowed me to bargain a bit. =) I've been coming here also for my car maintenances. I know it costs more to come to the dealer, but with my new hybrid I want to make sure my car is in good hands. My cars been in 3x so far and each time, service runs very smoothly. It's nice not having to make an appointment and usually they are right on the dot about "how long it'll take". I like how they have refreshments for their customers and plenty of seating for you to work. There's also free wi-fi which keeps me busy and entertained during my wait. Piercey Toyota makes me not cringe when I have to bring my car into the shop. I know I'll still be able to be productive while my car is being taken cared of. more
