I don't have any other data on the dealership as a whole, my experience was limited to a few emails and calls, and then shuttle to the purchase, but my experience was good. The car and price were as quoted and the attempts to sell me extra stuff were limited and there was only minor pressure.
I only bought the car today, so we'll see about any further experiences, but so far, so good (better than I expected).
