I'm not really a review person but I felt this experience needed to shared. I've been a user of their service department for a few years. I work right across the highway at Cisco. I dropped my Camry off for an oil change and while I was waiting for my co worker to pick me up, I started looking a new 2011 Prius. Jennifer in sales answered all my questions and was very helpful. My coworker was running behind so I decided to test drive one. I figured since it was a hybrid it would be gutless, but its not, its got plenty of power! Long story short is I actually ended up staying there and trading in my Camry and buying the Prius. I got a great deal and it would have never happened if everyone at Piercey wasn't so damn cool!!
