Good Customer Service 9/19/2011

I really liked that Bill Bossler, called to remind me that my car needed to be in for service. Piazza Mazda has really good customer relations. They are super at making sure their customer service is number 1 and they work hard at keeping their customers happy. I would have to say they give 110% from start to finish; while working on your car. more

4th Mazda 9/19/2011

This is the 4th Mazda I purchased from Fred Deal and I have bought all my first Mazda from Piazza. I live an hour away, but continue to go here because of Fred's honesty. Everytime I call the service department or Fred, I am treated like a person and most importantly with honestly. more

Very Informative 8/16/2011

Nick Price was extremely informative and was a pleasure to work with. He made the entire experience very easy and didn't have that ""salesy"" feel about him at all. Nick Price was so good with my 10 year old son. He even offered him an ice pop and was very friendly towards him. I will certainly refer him to anyone looking for a new car. more

Best Service Manager! 6/29/2011

Paul, the service manager, is the best! He's always friendly, courteous, helpful and always explains everything to me. He always accomodates my service request and is always fast and efficient! I've bought two Mazda Miatas from Piazza and I've always had them serviced right at the dealership for all maintenance. Because the staff is so wonderful, I would definitely buy my next Miata from Piazza! more

Piazza Mazda is great! 6/6/2011

Paul Curtis and Bill in service are always accomodating. Paul Curtis updated me every 15 minutes or so while I waited in the lounge area. The Piazza has installed internet service in the building so that I could work on my laptop while I waited. I have never had a problem with sales or service at Piazza Mazda, salesman Fred Deal is knowledgeable and fair in his approach and service manager, Paul Curtis, is honest and dependable when the car needs repair. Personal service in sales and service departments is what they do really well. I have purchased 10 Mazda's from this dealership over 23 years and have worked with Fred Deal and Paul Curtis for all 23 years. It is rare for a car dealer to hold onto top performers in sales and service for over two decades. more

This purchase experience was by far the most pleasant and hassle-free new vehicle purchase, I have ever had. Will was even kind enough to come in on his day off to deliver the vehicle to me. Very Considerate 2/23/2011

I had an emergency tire problem, Piazza Mazda took me in at my convenience; as early as I could get there. The service department recommended some scheduled work and found some other problems, which we mutually agreeded to fix, while I was there. Paul Curtis is excellent, and I cannot imagine anyone doing this better! Paul kept me informed and explained to me fully all the work performed. more

Great sales and service at Piazza Mazda of West Chester. This is our 8th purchase at Piazza Mazda. They are honest in their deals in their service. GM - Pat and salesperson, Fred Deal, have always treated us with respect. The staff is a great representation of Mazda dependability. Keep up the good work! Paul and Bill were very accommodating. They took the car back into the shop within only a few minutes. The service was completed in a reasonable amount of time! more
