Paul Curtis and Bill in service are always accomodating. Paul Curtis updated me every 15 minutes or so while I waited in the lounge area. The Piazza has installed internet service in the building so that I could work on my laptop while I waited. I have never had a problem with sales or service at Piazza Mazda, salesman Fred Deal is knowledgeable and fair in his approach and service manager, Paul Curtis, is honest and dependable when the car needs repair. Personal service in sales and service departments is what they do really well. I have purchased 10 Mazda's from this dealership over 23 years and have worked with Fred Deal and Paul Curtis for all 23 years. It is rare for a car dealer to hold onto top performers in sales and service for over two decades.
