Paul, the service manager, is the best! He's always friendly, courteous, helpful and always explains everything to me. He always accomodates my service request and is always fast and efficient! I've bought two Mazda Miatas from Piazza and I've always had them serviced right at the dealership for all maintenance. Because the staff is so wonderful, I would definitely buy my next Miata from Piazza!
