Bought a CX-5 from Piazza Mazda a few weeks ago. The service was very nice and we had a very pleasant buying experience. The prices are low and they don't try to scam you like a lot of other car dealerships do. Very nice people. I would definitely go back there again if I need another car. more

I love how helpful and friendly all of the team members are at Piazza Mazda of West Chester! I purchased my first car without any hassle or problems. When I brought my car in for service I knew Fred Deal was concerned and wanted to help me out as much as possible. I felt welcome and I felt as if everyone there was looking out for my wants and safety. I feel as if all of the associates I worked with went above and beyond to assist me. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family and anyone else I speak to. more

From the moment I started my online search for a new vehicle, Chris Angelone responded and worked with me before ever entering the showroom. The sale and numbers were right where I needed very little negotiation, making the experience even better. There were never any type of pressure sales, that I have experienced before with other dealers and Chris couldn't of been any better. My next experience was with Lee Levy, Business Manager. Lee was very pleasant to deal with and again, did not use any type of pressure even when going over any extras; he explained all and really listened to my needs and wants. A big thank you to all at Piazza Mazda of West Chester for making this an easy experience. The CX-5 is awesome!! more

I bought my 2010 Mazda3 from Piazza Mazda and have brought it to Paul for any service needs. Paul is great. He always finds a way to fit me in with little to no notice. The work is done well and in a timely manner. I will continue to bring my car to Paul. more

My most recent trip to Piazza Mazda of West Chester was to take advantage of my free oil change on my 2012 Mazda3. I purchased the car back in July and dealt with Chris. Throughout the process Chris has been on point with any questions/concerns I had. I communicated with Chris via email, phone and in person and he has been quick and thorough in all responses no matter what communication channel we were using. I would really suggest contacting Chris if you are shopping for a car or simply had a few questions. more

I bought my first Mazda off of Fred Deal in April and he is just a great guy to get to know and a very good salesman. I will be sure to see him when I am ready for another car. On Friday the 30th, I took my Mazda6 in for service and the service department is top notch. I will surely bring my car to Piazza Mazda whenever it needs service. more

Nick was really helpful with answering all my questions and allowing me the time to feel comfortable with the purchase. Nick and Lee both stayed really late in order for us to finish up all the paper work. Lee even offered to meet me with any papers that we had forgotten so I didn't have to drive all the way to the dealership. more

I started a new job close to this location. I called in about a part that was recalled for my 2008 Mazda3. I was able to drop my car off while at work. I also asked about other parts and service that I wanted to get done and all my questions were answered and the gentleman was very helpful. Service was fast and was done all on my break time. I was driving to Langhorne, PA before but not will be coming to this location. more

My initial phone contact was with Paul, and when I arrived there, as it turned out, that's who I saw at the counter, too. He was extremely pleasant, as were the other two gentlemen but I don't know their names. I was there to get an oil change and have a few things checked and I was out of there in 40 minutes. Everyone waiting seemed to be helped very quickly. I was very pleased with the price, the service and the professionalism and friendliness at the counter. more
