We are extremely happy with our Bryant 355BAV060 95 2 stage variable speed gas furnace and Bryant 116B24 16 seer air conditioner and April Air 2410 units installed December 2011. Ryan and Clint installed the new units and removed all the old ones.Ryan was a very good supervisor and teacher to Clint.He is the kind of Boss everyone would like. I Was very impressed. Efficient,friendly,clean and above all professional. They are very considerate of your home and interior and exterior. They cover your floors to protect from the muddy day it was. They cleaned up after themselves too. more

First it was AC added to main floor furnace in 92. The winter of 96 the lower level furnace broke down while I was out of town. Pharo to the rescue and billed me when I returned home. In 2008 upper level furnace (40 yrs old) finally need to be replaced. Sales person took a lot of time to explain the different furnaces. I'm so happy with the new Bryant Evolution Furnace and Evolution thermostat. Big saving on heating bill. They are always prompt, courteous, and neat. more

I have dealt with Pharo heating for 15 years since I built my house. They installed my furnace, fixed it after a lightning strike, installed air conditioning later, and then repaired my furnace this year. They have always been prompt, curteous, professional, neat and tidy and work until the problem is solved. Their price is always reasonable. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in whatever house/condo I'm living in. They also answer my questions when I call even if they won't make any money on it. more

When we called them they were able to get to our house quickly, figure out our problem, and were able to install a new furnace that same day(and it was one of the coldest days this winter so that was great). The installers were polite, helpful with our questions and did a great job cleaning up after they were done. We were very happy with everything. more

We have Pharo check our AC and furnace annually and this time the furnace needed repair. Based on its age and because we could get a much more efficient unit we opted to replace it, and Pharo was here with the new one the next day, and had it installed in a few hours. The guys were great and they left the place cleaner than when they got here. The only thing that could be better is if last years bigger Federal energy credits were still in place :) more

When I was a new homeowner and had them check out my equipment, they were very patient with all of my questions and educated me on how things worked. Rely on them for my regular equipment check-ups and recently they installed a whole-house humidifier. Always receptive to follow-up questions or concerns. Timely and professional. After doing extensive research on heating and air conditioning companies in the Madison and Waunakee area and on furnace brands (I only buy things that are best rated and deal with best rated companies), we settled on getting in-home estimates from 6 companies. Pharo heating beat all others hands down. They beat everyone else's prices, and their product (Bryant) is one of the 2 top furnaces for quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. When their people came in to install our new furnace, they were very thoughtful, polite, and wonderful to work with. They even helped us move some boxes and fixed some problems that went above and beyond what we expected. They did a careful and thorough job, and cleaned up even the dust before they left. They were amazing to work with. We are so glad we went with them and highly recommend them. Pharo Heating first came out probably 15 to 20 years ago to check an air conditioning unit I had that wasn't working. I had 3 different firms come out to check it. 2 of the firms told me that I needed a new unit, and Pharo said that all I needed was a $300 part. He thought I had more years left in my unit if I just replaced the broken part. Since then I have built a home, and they did all the air conditioning and duct work for that house. I also gutted a house, and he did all the work there. They are very responsive, trustworthy, and fair in their price. Once you get someone like that, you don't want to give them up. Their quality is very good. They haven't had to come back to fix anything again, but I know that if they did, they would make it a priority. They wouldn't put it off. They are a good firm. Their customer service is excellent, and I always get a friendly person on the phone when I call. Paul Voss more

My furnace went out first thing in the morning, with the coldest night of the year on the way. Pharo had a service tech at my house in less than 2 hours. Within one hour he found the problem, replaced the faulty part and had the furnace running. Very pleased. Next time I'm in need of emergency repair or general service I will call Pharo heating. more
