After doing extensive research on heating and air conditioning companies in the Madison and Waunakee area and on furnace brands (I only buy things that are best rated and deal with best rated companies), we settled on getting in-home estimates from 6 companies. Pharo heating beat all others hands down. They beat everyone else's prices, and their product (Bryant) is one of the 2 top furnaces for quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. When their people came in to install our new furnace, they were very thoughtful, polite, and wonderful to work with. They even helped us move some boxes and fixed some problems that went above and beyond what we expected. They did a careful and thorough job, and cleaned up even the dust before they left. They were amazing to work with. We are so glad we went with them and highly recommend them. If anyone is interested in talking over the phone about our experience with them, I would be more than happy to do that (you can get my contact information if you call Pharo). We feel that a company that goes above and beyond like they did deserves people's business and we would like to make that happen. This company is really amazing in their customer service.
