Pharo Heating first came out probably 15 to 20 years ago to check an air conditioning unit I had that wasn't working. I had 3 different firms come out to check it. 2 of the firms told me that I needed a new unit, and Pharo said that all I needed was a $300 part. He thought I had more years left in my unit if I just replaced the broken part.
Since then I have built a home, and they did all the air conditioning and duct work for that house. I also gutted a house, and he did all the work there. They are very responsive, trustworthy, and fair in their price. Once you get someone like that, you don't want to give them up.
Their quality is very good. They haven't had to come back to fix anything again, but I know that if they did, they would make it a priority. They wouldn't put it off. They are a good firm. Their customer service is excellent, and I always get a friendly person on the phone when I call.
