Pharo's response time is great and the workmanship superb. I've never felt cheated or taken advantage of; I appreciate their honesty. I'd like to give a "shout out" to John for He's the main reason why I gave the "Excellent" rating. I would also give the same rating to the personnel who answer the phone and schedule the service.
