Diego came to check why our toilet didn't drain. We thought it was perhaps some roots invading the drain outside. However, after flushing it once, he said it was our toilet that was the problem. He explained why and we became well educated on the pros and cons of toilet types (who knew?). He said that since he didn't have to snake the drain or do anything really he wouldn't charge us. However, we insisted paying the $49 service fee for his time "educating" us and his visit. He said to call the company if we decided to get another toilet, but there was no pressure at all. We were very pleased with Diego as a Peter Levi plumber and will certainly recommend the service.
