Our hot water heater stopped producing water more than 98 degrees. I called about their $49 water heater service. When that didn't solve the problem Jerry arranged for a new one to be installed the same day. Not cheap, but they provide a 6 year parts and labor warranty over and above the mfrg. warranty.
