Great installation of new water heater 7/24/2017

Our old water heater was eight years old and could not maintain its pilot light. Peter Levi Plumbing diagnosed the problem and recommended a new water heater with several price options. We got the heater we wanted and are happy with how hot water comes to our sink and shower outlets quickly and reliably. more

I have been very content with the courtesy and competence of your workers. I have one request... I asked your phone operator to send me an invoice for the work done by regular mail because my printer is out of action. To date I have nor received this and need it for tax purposes. Excellent service 7/2/2017

Plumber was on time, called when in route, knew what he was doing, and cleaned up all debris from his work. Also, he did not set the bushes on fire while soldering outdoors!!! I will call again, when I need a plumber! more

A complete waste of time and money. If you need a plumber, call someone else. 7/1/2017

We had a clogged toilet; they came, took a quick look, then told my wife a long story about the piping out of the toilet being too flat and hence not generating enough pressure (check picture, the piping is completely vertical, so no idea what they were talking about), did something with an auger, told us that the next step would be to redo the piping and use a different model of toilet; left after not even 20 minutes; with the toilet still clogged, telling us to use one of the other toilets. Charged $330(!!!) for basically pitching additional services and not solving the problem. I unmounted the toilet myself, found and removed the blockage, remounted the toilet, and all is perfect now. Took 30 mins. If you need a plumber, call someone else. more

Still confused by Diego's observation while replacing my water heater that my furnace was installed incorrectly 13 years ago (by previous owners). Not sure if that's really true since furnace works fine when I turn it on, which is not very often. more

plumber could not explain what he wanted to do and told tenants that the water was unsafe 6/4/2017

this plumber has caused me a problem with my tenants that I do not know is accurate. he did not communicate clearly with me after several request that he not speak in jargon and tell me in plan english what was needed. please have a supervisor call me to discuss. I am upset that he told the tenants that the water was unsafe... he did not tell me this. I have requested a report but have not received one more
