Efficient, professional and costly 2/22/2017

I reported to your survey following the service and stated that we were perfectly pleased with the professionalism displayed by your service personnel, although we were surprised by the high cost for the service. It is always difficult especially for seniors living largely on retirement income and social security. more

Got the job done 2/20/2017

I had an outdoor leak somewhere in my irrigation system. They managed to fix it but it took a while and wasn't inexpensive. Bu I suspect their pricing was competitive. Bottom line it is fixed!!! more

The boss himself responded to my late evening message and promised a scheduler would call the following morning. They did, and arranged a window that nmorning just when I wanted it. Technician came on time, cheerfully cleared the blockage and charged a nominal fee. All very satisfactory indeed. more

buyers beware!!!! 2/12/2017

We had our HVAC system (one year old) go down, Peter Levi first fixed a "short" then two weeks later system went down again due to circuit board failure they quoted us a new board for $819 or same HVAC installed for +$5K After I spoke to manager Ryan asking for him to break out the quote labor and parts said they don't do that...end of the day HVAC system was under wtty part was replaced for free and they still tried billing us +$800, note the HVAC system brand new is $1300 and circuit board is $400, these guys will rove you blind buyers beware! more

Dependable Drain 2/11/2017

Peter's gang recently responded to my clogged drain call. Not only did they clear the drain, they convinced me that it should be hydro-cleaned. I agreed to spend the additional amount requested. If you want professional, they are, If you want cheap, they're not! I continue to remain a loyal customer. more

Great service 2/7/2017

Entire process was smooth and professional. Crew showed up on time, were friendly and professional, and cleaned up afterward. No problems with repairs or new installations. Small error due to communications glitch on billing was corrected immediately without discussion by owner. Will definitely use again. more

Superb work on our new furnace and duct system in a very tight crawlspace. Friendly guys with high skill levels. Yes they sell you a little bit but there is no pressure and the work gets done efficiently. more
