Unreliable 11/10/2018

Unreliable - I received a voicemail from the technician that he was on his way and approximately a 10 or 15 minute drive. Within 5 minutes, while I was listening to the technicians voicemail, the dispatcher called and left a voicemail and decided to cancel the appointment without even checking - in which case I was unaware. I waited and waited not knowing about the second voicemail and called after 20 minutes, still within the agreed appointment timeframe to confirm the simple check up service. I took a day off of work for nothing. This dispatcher's judgement on having the driver turn around and cancel my booking without having him come to my door is absolutely inappropriate and I am enraged that I wasted a valuable vacation day that should be spent with my family. I booked another appointment with a completely different vendor. I will never-ever use this service EVER again. You should think twice, they will cancel your service if you are in the bathroom and unable to answer a voicemail within 15-20 minutes. This is NOT how you conduct business - especially if your timeframe is between 9am-12pm and my follow-up call was made at 11:25am. YOU CANNOT RELY ON THEM, BECAUSE THEY WILL FIND AN EXCUSE TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT TO SEND THEIR DRIVER TO ANOTHER HIGHER PAYING APPOINTMENT. FORGET ABOUT USING THIS SERVICE. more

Friendly but Confusing. 5/15/2018

My experience with Perfect Home Services was confusing and I wouldn't recommend them to others. I called them because I needed to have my water heater repaired, and the fellow who came out was nice, but not helpful in a way that made sense to me. He was definitely congenial, and seemed to understand his work well, but the actual repair was troublesome for me because he gave me a long list of options for repairs (and the related pricing) that could be performed, depending upon what was wrong with it. It was kind of overwhelming, actually, and I was much happier with the second company I called because they explained things in a much simpler way and it was never on me to decide the next step of the process. Maybe the presentation of options is a normal thing for Perfect Home Services, and maybe others appreciate having the choice, but for me it was confusing and I didn't feel comfortable or trusting. more

I have been with Perfect Home Services for a few years and I would recommend their service to other people. They always come out right away and they do excellent work for me. I would describe the employees as knowledgeable and friendly. I feel that I can trust them to do the job that I hired them for. Most recently, the company serviced my air conditioning unit. I'm glad that the service went smoothly, so I would use them again. Five stars! more

Not Encouraging. 4/26/2018

My experience with Perfect Home Services wasn't very encouraging. I called them to inspect the AC and heater, and they recommended that we replace the entire unit. I called a couple different companies in, after that, to get second and third opinions, and everyone else said that it'd do just to replace the coil, instead of the entire thing. Given this, I don't have a lot of trust in the competence and honesty of the company, and I'm not likely to recommend them to others. more

Great Experience, Excellent Work! 4/18/2018

I recently used the services from Perfect Home Services to have some repair work done on the air conditioner in my home and was quite pleased with how well the work from them went. The people who came out from Perfect Home Services were very professional and friendly while they were here and were very knowledgeable about the work they were doing. The work itself was finished quickly and without any issues and I have had no problems with the air conditioner since the work was done. All in all, I am quite pleased with the work and would definitely use them again, I highly recommend them! more

Great Work 4/11/2018

Perfect Home Services did a great job. They are one of the sub-contractors and I am very happy that I worked with them. The people there are professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with. They are responsive to my calls and easy to schedule with. To my knowledge, they worked quickly and completed the job in a timely manner. I liked that they kept me updated on the progress and notified me of any complications. I had no problems with the service and am happy with how everything turned out. This was my first time using Perfect Home Service and I would use them again in the future. more

Communication Errors And Unprofessional Service 4/4/2018

Overall, I had a fairly negative experience with Perfect Home Services. I recently hired the company for the first time to do work for my furnace. I thought that the serviceman who came out was not professional. I felt like I was being scammed when I was asking him questions. Even though the furnace is working now, there were a lot of issues when it came to scheduling. We almost had to go the entire week without the furnace. I just felt that there were a lot of communication issues when it came to the service. more

Great Experience! 1/16/2018

I recently used the services from Perfect Home Services to have an inspection and some repairs done on the heater in my home and was quite unsatisfied with how the work from them went. They came to do the inspection on the heater and were able to do some repairs on it that should have gotten it working, but that night there was no heat coming from the heater. I called them back out the next day to get everything working and they said there was corrosion in my furnace and it needed to be replaced. In the end, I felt a bit ripped off my Perfect Home Services, the work wasn't done well and the price was very high, I would not recommend their services. more

Great Service Overall 1/11/2018

I have been using Perfect Home Services for about three years now and the staff always does a great job. I found out about the company online. The company comes out every year to do work for my furnaces and air conditioning unit. I appreciate that the staff comes in on time and that they are prepared for each job. They come when they say that they will and the staff completes the job with ease. Overall, I would definitely recommend their service to other people. I will definitely continue to use them in the future. more

Both initial contact via phone with Perfect Home Services and follow-up with service tech Shawn were excellent. Shawn was really pleasant and provided quick service to unclog my kitchen sink. I would definitely recommend PHS to others. more

Decent Work, But Now Trying to Upsell Products 1/3/2018

I have been working with Perfect Home Services for 12 years now. I have generally been pretty satisfied with their services and found them to be pretty responsive. They have installed air conditioning units, a furnace, and water softeners in my home. I do feel like their pricing has been a little high but my concerns have been that recently their customer services have changed. The most recent visits I've felt that the people have been trying to upsell products and services. I will not be looking for a new company right now, but I may in the future. more
