Overall, I had a fairly negative experience with Perfect Home Services. I recently hired the company for the first time to do work for my furnace. I thought that the serviceman who came out was not professional. I felt like I was being scammed when I was asking him questions. Even though the furnace is working now, there were a lot of issues when it came to scheduling. We almost had to go the entire week without the furnace. I just felt that there were a lot of communication issues when it came to the service.
