Professional, courteous & excellent service 3/29/2017

I have used Perfect Home Services for a number of years for plumbing and HVAC services and have only been disappointed once. The employee (Darryl?) who came to check and service my heating unit and whole house humidifier did a very good job. He also explained things to me and clearly answered all my questions. more

I paid $551 to get a new outside faucet put in last July. It worked earlier this week, but today nothing. Upon calling today, I'm told that they will come out and repair, but basically, I'd have to pay the bill unless the install was "their fault." And I'd pay for an initial service call to determine same. Sorry. My old faucet worked since 1972. This should have lasted more than 9 months. Cannot recommend. more

We are batting 50/50 2/15/2017

Our first experience with PHS - not good. We were pleased with the customer service resolution. Our second experience: we were to have 2 technicians out on the same day. One showed, one did not and lied about it. Someone was supposed to contact me - they never did. Called back to inform them, spoke to a manger who thanked me for the information and offered to come out himself... but I kind of felt dismissed. On the plus side the technician that came out who actually showed up was great. Unsure if I will continue to use, inconsistent service at best, lied to at worst. more

Good No frill Service 2/11/2017

The technician did a good job with yearly furnace maintainence and tune up. The person had a good general engineering background. He provided detailed explanation to my technical questions. He was courteous, professional and very easy to work with. more

My overall experience was very good. Technicians were on time, friendly and answered all of my questions. I shopped around for the best price of my 75 gallon water heater. Perfect Home Services gave me the best price. It made me extremely happy. more

They fixed my humidifier 1/17/2017

I had the people over at Perfect Home Services come out to fix my humidifier because it was really causing me some problems. The guy that came out really knew what he was doing and was able to fix the problem with no issues. He put a new valve on the humidifier for me and it has made a huge difference. I really appreciated how fast everything was and because of that I will not hesitate to call these guys in the future. It was a really great experience and I cannot recommend them highly enough! more

I have a service contract with the guys over at Perfect Home Services and they do a great job. Anytime they say they are going to get something done, it gets done, and I really like that. They actually have saved me money on a few occasions with their recommendations. They are also just very easy to work with in general and that is why I think they deserve top marks. more

Service A+ - Price C - Sales F 1/7/2017

Perfect Home tech's are awesome. They are professional, polite and competent. Their pricing for services is a bit high, but the argument can be made that it is worth it. The sales area is the Achilles Heel. Their pricing is not the highest, but toward the top. You have to pay close attention to details, be educated in the product and install requirements and get every detail and promise in writing when purchasing new products. I would prefer to purchase elsewhere, but have them service. more
