Great Service, Very Satisfied! 8/1/2017

I recently went to Perfect Home Services to have some repairs done on the air conditioner in my home, and was very satisfied with how quick and easy the work from them went. The people that came out from Perfect Home Services were very friendly and professional while they were here working, and the repairs were completed quickly and without issue. Overall I think Perfect Home Services did an excellent job with the work that was needed. I would definitely use their services again and I highly recommend them. more

Everything Was Good 7/18/2017

Perfect Home Services repaired our air conditioner. They were lovely and wonderful. This was our first time using them. The prices seemed a little high but you get what you pay for. Both of the guys who came out were great. The first guy who came out to diagnose the problem was very very nice and helpful. The guy who came out the next day was also great. We appreciate their timeliness to get everything done quickly. more

My capacitor went out. 7/10/2017

they charged me 352 bucks just to replace the capacitor which took about 15 minutes. I could have done this myself. Off course, after googling how to replace capacitor for the A/C. I felt this is a rip off. b/c the capicator is about 25 bucks more

Karl Strittar, came to my house to do a few things. Was extremely nice and pleasant to deal with. Also very knowledgeable. Will definitely use this company again and request Karl. Will pass his name around also. more

Great HVAC and Plumbing service 6/8/2017

Jim has consistently done a great job on my HVAC systems and always gives me the options from which to choose - especially interested in helping me to save money. I can also highly recommend Perfects' plumbing services too. I wouldn't use anyone else. more

Professional & Clean 4/27/2017

I have used Perfect Home Services to install a new furnace & a/c in my home. Each year I also have them service both units. Jim, the technician, is very professional and courteous. He also is clean - using booties to walk in my home. I have had such a good experience, that when rehabbing my father-in-laws rental property, I called Perfect Home to install a new furnace & a/c for that house as well. more

Quick Response & Excellent Installation 4/14/2017

Working with Perfect Home Services was "a breeze." Easy to book an appointment through Home Advisor and quick response. Installation team was efficient, organized and polite. Installers had done over 100 jobs similar to mine. Tankless water heater receives a major thumbs up from my family! Finally, hot water all the time!!!! I highly recommend this company! more
