To those that have written negative reviews, I feel the need that to apologize for any lack of good customer service, and faulty repairs. To "Trish" the two mechanics in question are no longer with the company. There was a change of management last year, and most of the issues that were called into question are being/have been corrected. Wait times can still be high on weekends, and occasionally during the week. Wait times depend on booked labor time on the vehicles ahead of yours. Granted, the mechanics do usually get done faster than book times based on his/her experience, but the service advisors MUST go off book time. Otherwise, we would be lying to you. I, as a service advisor, abhor that notion. As far as manufacturer recommended maintenance goes (additional work that needs to be done based on mileage), we DO recommend it (under our new manager).
