I can relate to what Trish said about the two Hispanic mechanics that work there. My daughter took her car to get checked out and don't get me wrong I'm Hispanic too but I do not like people that will not be professional at what they do, one of them ask her for her info, phone # and asked her if she wanted them to work on her car somewhere else so she would not have to pay so much at Pepboys. I understand they want to make extra money but how do we know if they are good guys and why does it seem like they only ask young girls. My daughter or I will never go back to these store ever again and I will not recommend any one to do so. I wish I could find out there names and report them to pep boys.
