BEWARE!!! If you were thinking about getting repairs here....go somewhere else. I got a brake job a few months ago but my brakes were still sqeaking a few months later I took my car back to have the noise inspected. I was told I need my brakes done (again).....they charged me for a brake job and never did it. I was heated. They told me they would do my brakes again and guess what....the sound did not stop. (Pep Boys mechanics are cheats and liars). I don't know if they are over booked but still want to get your money but they do without providing a service.\r

I took my car to another store (NOT Pep Boys) and they did a brake job and my brakes stopped squeaking. This same thing happened to me in Califonia and I never learn until now. I don't think this type of service is just at the Harwood location. My undertstanding of this is that Pep Boys is notorious for charging for work that was not completed.\r
