My sales consultant was very patient and respectful and explained the car very well to me as well as answer all of my questions that I had. I was also very satisfied with the financial process. It was smooth and I didn't feel overwhelmed and everything was explained and if I didn't understand something the person explained it very well. Overall, I would recommend Penske Honda. The service I received was wonderful and I am very, very satistified with the car I received! Thank you so much for the wonderful service I received and a wonderful car. Thank you so much! more

"Early last month my family and I were visiting Indianapolis when we encountered a problem with my '08 Odyssey. I randomly chose to have my van towed to your service department and I am so thankful that I did! I can totally understand why Penske is the #1 Honda dealer in Indy! Shellie Moline took spectacular care of us after a very trying day! She helped us get to a hotel for the evening and made sure that our van was fixed as soon as possible the following day so that we could get home to our kids. She made an awful situation bearable! Everyone in your service department was wonderful! If I lived in Indy I would buy my next Honda from Penske! Thank you so much for everything! " more

Trust in their service 6/16/2011

The only place I am going for service. My car is older, so they might tell me stop bringing it back, but they always deliver. I have complete trust in their service. Check out the oil change. I had been using the "oil change in 10 minutes" crap, paying 40 bucks. The bill stated the charge for the oil change was 30.00 and they inspected all kinds parts. It's the deal for sure. I wish I could buy one of the new ones they got there too. The new CR-Vs are big baller. more

Dealer of choice 6/9/2011

I want to recognize Ed Cueto in the Service Department. I purchased new wiper blades for my 2006 Honda Civic this morning and attempted to install them myself. The job was more than I could handle and was advised to bring the car in and have the service department install the blades for free. I took you all up on the offer! Nothing against the guys and there were several of them who attempted to install the new wiper blades, but even they were running into difficulties. This actually made me feel rather good since I consider myself to be an above average person when it comes to working on my cars. After a few minutes Ed came over and diagnosed the problem with my blades. He quickly got the correct ones and installed them in a matter of minutes and explained to me why the ones I was sold did not work. He also advised me on what to do the next time the blades are replaced. I worked with Ed about a year ago on a repair for my Civic and he was very good then. I just want to let you know what a good guy he is and truly committed to excellent customer service. Even though I did NOT purchase my Civic from your dealership, trust me, when it comes time to get my next Honda, Penske will be the dealer of choice! more

Overall a good experience. 6/1/2011

We were very happy with the customer service and the quick turn around in handling two recall issues and an oil change. So far we have had a number of minor issues and recalls,as well as a few oil changes; and all have been handled in the same manner. Overall a good experience. more

There was NO pressure 5/10/2011

Doyle Harlos was the best salesman I've ever worked with. There was NO pressure and he explained every step of the process to me and went over all of the details of the vehicle before I took it off the lot. The finance person was great as well. I would definitely recommend Penske Honda and would also buy another vehicle from them - specifically Doyle!! more

Great experience 4/11/2011

I purchased my 06 Accord from Penske and loved the experience. The finance department is wonderful, and the sales people are far from pushy. They don't want to see you purchase a vechile that you don't like. Overall it was a great experience and I refer all my friends/family to Penske for their next new Honda! more

I bought a Honda Civic from David Redmond on New Year's Eve, and I can not he more impressed with the service he provided and his tremendous efforts to put me in the vehicle I wanted. As long as David Redmond is in auto sales, I will never purchase a vehicle from anyone other than him. Again, very, very impressed with David and I will be spreading the word. more

The only dealership you need to know 3/29/2011

Penske Honda is the only dealership you need to know in the entire Indianapolis area, and Song Park at Penske is the salesman to see. I have purchased 3 new Hondas from Song in the past 5 years after getting quotes from all Honda dealers in Indiana and Louisville, and Song matched those quotes every time. So needless to say, I will not buy another Honda from anyone but Song Park at Penske Honda. It also the little things that make Penske a great place to buy a car. There is never any pressure to buy. Song Park always keeps in touch with me throughout the year from birthdays or just to say hi. All their sales staff is ever so nice and always ready to help or answer any questions I might have, and the service department is top notch with 2 waiting rooms, one with TV's and the other is quiet for reading or business. You have to give Penske a try, just once and you'll see what I am talking about. more
