"Early last month my family and I were visiting Indianapolis when we encountered a problem with my '08 Odyssey. I randomly chose to have my van towed to your service department and I am so thankful that I did! I can totally understand why Penske is the #1 Honda dealer in Indy! Shellie Moline took spectacular care of us after a very trying day! She helped us get to a hotel for the evening and made sure that our van was fixed as soon as possible the following day so that we could get home to our kids. She made an awful situation bearable! Everyone in your service department was wonderful! If I lived in Indy I would buy my next Honda from Penske! Thank you so much for everything!
