This is absolutely the worse car shopping experience ever. I've done my homework in term of what kind of car and what kind of price that I am willing to pay over the Internet. Then I talked to Penske Honda salesperson, and we reached the agreement over the phone. however, when I got there, the whole deal is off for one criticall point that I stressed over and over again on the phone, which they agreed. It seemed to me that they just tried to get me there, thinking that itself would make the deal, which I did not get this tactics at all. For one, they are very dishonest. How can I trust a dishonest place to a big ticketed item purchase?? I am not going back there for sure.
