This was our first visit to Peak City Grill & Bar and we couldn't have been happier! We were looking for a restaurant with an eclectic menu and wine list, good atmosphere and good service. Well, we found it! We had reservations for 7:30pm but arrived a bit early to check out the bar. The hostess told us to take our time and to let her know when we were ready. The Stoli martinis were made perfectly. Once seated, our server, Lisa, was very attentive, and walked us through the specials, as well as the extensive menu. We asked for suggestions, and she explained the aging and preparation (sauces, rubs, etc.) of the steaks. I got a filet with a peppercorn melange rub, along with a side of sauteed spinach. My husband got the boneless ribeye with a porcini mushroom rub and a side of sweet potato fries. Our wine, a old vine zin, was incredible. Thanks for a great list of choices! At no time did we feel rushed. The service was attentive, but not intrusive. \r
