I've been in 4 different rooms in this theater in the last year, each one had a large amount of seats that were ripped, soiled, broken, stained, and just plain worn out. The plastic seat arms look like no one ever cleans them, ground in dirt there as well. I was there several times a couple of years ago and it wasn't nearly as bad, one gets the sense that management stopped spending money on upkeep. It's a great location, a historic looking building with a lot of charm and potential, it's a shame that it's being run into the ground. Four strikes and you're out, I won't go back there.
Could use a total renovation, or at least new seats and regular vacuuming.
