I called several places to get a feel of what companies are charging and could not get a straight answer. I read about Paul's Service and gave them a call. Not only did the give me a price, they were very friendly, polite and helpful. I scheduled an appointment, and on time, David showed up and fixed the washer. He explained what was wrong, lid switch, replaced the part, and was simply a pleasure to do business with. Pros: On Time, Friendly, Polite and Charged A Fair Price. more

I called Paul's Service today about noon, David was there in an hour and half, found the problem, changed a simple part and the machine was fixed. Honest, polite, clean and was a pleasure to do business with. more

It wasn't broken. 7/8/2006

We called one of the local companies first, but had a feeling that they were being less than direct with us. They told us that the motor on our dryer was broken and it woudl cost nearly $300 to fix. We called Paul and our motor wasn't broken but a sock got in the wrong place. Paul did not try to sell us anything, simply fixed the machine and was very nice. Paul and his brother are honest and do great work. Pros: Honest. more

I called Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair and explained the problem to them over the phone. They were at my house in less then 3 hours found the problem, a worn belt, changed out the belt, tested the machine, gave me a warranty, and left the area very clean. I called Paul's Service, and they fixed my Maytag machine. They took their time and found the problem, a coin inside the dryer vent. No parts, gave me a disount and checked out the whole machine. I highly recommend them. We need more smalll business comapnies like them.\r Pros: reliable, honest and fast. more

I called one of the big local companies and they told me that that bill was going to be $300.00, Paul's Service fixed it for $150.00. What else can you say, polite, friendly and are from LA. Pros: Polite, friendly and honest Cons: None I can think of. more

Bought a used set from Paul and his brother. 6/13/2006

We were looking for a long-time to buy a good used set of machines. I spoke with David and he was friendly and was able to get us a great set. We bought a used Maytag set and it was has worked very well. We have referred them to some friends in the area. Give them a try. Pros: Friendly and acutally speak english. more

Professional, and prompt! 6/13/2006

My Kenmore washer was broken with a full load of clothes. I called around, and they all wanted wanted me to wait several days before they could come and fix my machine. Problem is with 3 kids, a working washer is a MUST. I called Paul's washer, and that evening, and he came himself to check on it. Tuned out it was something minor, didn't try to sell me stuff, and was really nice and professional. All repair guys should come this fast and be this nice!!!!! \r more

Saved me a bunch over Best Buy and Circuit City. Plus it was delivered on time, and done right. Was great to be able to talk to someone who actually knew what he was talking about, and spoke english more
