Whirlpool Duet Washer Repair (90045). 10/9/2011

Our Whirlpool Duet Front Load Washer was simply stuck with an F35 code. As a resident a Westchester (90045) we looked for a local business. We are quite pleased to review this outstanding appliance repair company. We called around a found that the pressure switch sensor had failed. It was simply a pleasure doing business with Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair. Paul had a the part which was on back-order and had the machine fixed the same day. This is an exceptional company. Marina del Rey Washer Repair Service.. exceptional service. 10/7/2011

As a resident of Marina del Rey it has not been easy to find an exception washer repair service. Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair has performed work at our home on two occasions. Kenmore Front Load Washer Repair (90066). 10/5/2011

I was impressed. I call the number and talked to David, the owner. By my description he told me exactly what the problem was. I said i needed it done now, and said he could only get here later in the day, and gave me advise when talking to others. After talking too a few phone center type people who knew nothing about washing machines, i called him back and he came out later in the day. Was $170 for a simple part and install, but i felt worth the honesty and good feelings. And I had an operable washing machine by 5pm. more

LG Washer Repair Service: Great Service. 9/20/2011

I called Paul's for washing machine repair, and spoke to David who was very helpful in helping me diagnose the problem over the phone. By asking me several pertinent questions, he was able to diagnose my problem (plumbing) and tell me that I'd need a plumber. He offered valuable advice, and I wish the problem HAD been the washing machine because I would trust Paul's to fix it. I really appreciated David's helpfulness even when he stood to make no money for counseling me over the phone. more

Beverly Hills Has A Great Repair Service. 8/9/2011

As a resident of Beverly Hills I read the reviews on Citysearch, I called Paul's Washer and dryer Repair. David took his time to explain what could be wrong with our machine. He was polite and communicated clearly. I appreciate the level of customer service. We scheduled a call, the same day, the machine is working perfectly and our wallet is not too much lighter. Front Load Washer Is Working Great. 8/8/2011

Our washer stopped working on July 4th. I had called Sears to get service and the earliest appt we could get was July 18th. I decided to go in search of something a bit more local and someone that could fit us in sooner. I found Paul's on Yelp and based on the reviews, gave them a call on Tuesday. The gentleman that answered the phone was extremely helpful. While I did have the error code from the machine, he made a couple suggestions we could try before ordering the parts. Went home that night, followed his suggestions and it worked!! We were VERY happy. We will definitely be using Paul's if either the washer or dryer needs service. Thanks Paul's more

Honest Service 8/7/2011

Had a washer that would not drain or spin. After asking me a few questions over the phone, Paul arrived at the appointed time and attempted to fix the washer. After several hours of trying to repair it, he thought the problem may be with the computer and told me it would be very expensive to fix and more cost effective to buy something else. He did not charge me the service fee but said if I was to call another repairperson that I should notify them of what he indicated. I find this type of honest service refreshing! I would definitely use his services again. more

Kenmore Washer Repair. 8/4/2011

Our Kenmore Washer was full of water and what were to do? We called Paul's and spoke with David. He was polite and clear in his knowledge. We made an appointment, arriving on-time our machine was repaired in short-order. One of our son's sock was stuck in the pump, we are most pleased with the service and not very pleased with our son. LG Dryer Not Heating. 7/26/2011

Our LG is not heating, or at least it was till we called Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair. We called around and were not very pleased with the response from the companies. It was very hard to get a straight answer or understand what they were saying. David was clear and clearly professional. Understanding the machine and the part that was needed, Paul's Service was clear on what was needed and had the part in stock. Our machine is working properly and we could not be more please. My engagement ring in my washer: a great job. 5/5/2011

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. I can not stress, hence writing this review, this company was simply outstanding. The exceptional service and care we received from Paul's Washer and dryer Repair is simply outstanding. Yesterday my engagement ring went through the washer, in a panic, we called around, simply no one who would take anytime to understand the situation and the urgency. I spoke with David and he stated he could help us, explaining how the machine probably got the ring in the trap. Arriving at our home his demeanor and attitude where outstanding. A Happy Maytag Washer. 5/4/2011

Thank you to Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair for their on-time and professional service work. We had company in town and the need for a working washer was crucial. A tip make sure that when washing baby sock to place them in a laundry bag. Our Maytag washer was working just fine and then all of a sudden nothing. What to do? I could not figure it out. Yesterday my Sears dryer stopped working, no heat. What to do the machine is under warranty which is great if you can get them to your home. I called the warranty company, they could not be at our home for 10-days so much for the warranty, that being a separate issue. Exceptional customer service from this local washer and dryer company. Beverly Hills does have an exceptional appliance repair service company. Our Maytag washer was not filling, doing the big nothing. We call around and determined that it is not so easy to find a local business. I agree with the reviews praising this exceptional family-owned business. I felt confident in calling Paul's Washer and Dryer repair. Our washer simply would not start all of sudden. I like some others contacted a large company, one-week, seven-days, before they could come out, called another company they wanted my credit card before number before coming over with a charge of $35.00. After speaking with Paul I knew that I had located a professional company that was concerned with our needs and focused on getting the job done in a timely and professional manner. Front Load Washers and Rugs Dont Mix. 2/23/2011

Our Whirlpool front load washer was full of water, we called another company listed and was given a quote which was quiet high. We were told that the water pump had to be replaced. After doing some more research we found Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair, there exceptional customer service was evident from the very beginning. David took his time on the phone, the company that was at our home did not even open up the machine as we came to find that this is essential for diagnosis. We made an appointment, arriving time, we come to find that there was nothing mechanically wrong with the pump, rather there was a sock stuck in it. The repair cost of 1/2 of what the other company would have charged, the least we can do is spread the word about Paul's. Stone more
