I called several places to get a feel of what companies are charging and could not get a straight answer. I read about Paul's Service and gave them a call. Not only did the give me a price, they were very friendly, polite and helpful. I scheduled an appointment, and on time, David showed up and fixed the washer. He explained what was wrong, lid switch, replaced the part, and was simply a pleasure to do business with.
