Just had my first service as a member of the Presidential Club. They came out to check my furnace before I need to start using it this fall! Found nothing wrong with my furnace, cleaned it and changed my filter. They even called to schedule the appointment with me so I wouldn't forget to use my club benefits! The majority of the problems we find is in fact due to the lack of maintenance the equipment has had. What many don't realize is that the mechanical systems in the home or office work very hard in insuring that the temperatures inside are comfortable while the ones outside are not and for those that wait till the busy season to get anything done usually end up waiting a long time to get service. This can be very stressful to the owners. I have no doubt you will find our Presidential Plan to be a great investment and I thank you for your business!
