You could do better with the support of Oconnor 5/29/2011

Focus only on valid competitive comparables among your neighborhood. Also, don?t forget the exemptions. Get help from someone like oconnor & associates. It's definitely possible to do better than the average Joe. more

O?Connor & associates said they will charge nothing if they could not win. So, I was happy to take up their services three years ago and won to the tune of $700. After a couple unsuccessful attempts on my own, I?ve decided to go back to them. This year I plan to have them try again hoping that they could win for me as usual. more

Why should I expect tax increase? 5/15/2011

For over 5 years O?Connor has been my consulting company and has consistently achieved a considerable reduction. Carl completely took over my assessment case, and it would not have been possible without him. more

Better to not approach oconnor 5/10/2011

Hi, I am Rosy. Living in Houston, Texas. I believed O'connor & associates would help for reducing my property taxes. but nothing happened. Worst tax filing, not appealing for my protest, gap in communication, and property taxes are the things so far happened. Worst firm i have seen so far. I still pay same taxes. I advice ""NO"" to oconnnor & Associates in Houston, Texas for reducing property taxes. more

Instead of scouring the magazines or Internet for any hint, it is always better to rely on someone who has got experience and expertise to do the appealing. Oconnor?s appealing process is extremely clear, and methodical. For me, it worked out! more

How your comparables are picked? That?s where the secret lies. These guys has got a system backing such that they could get you the accurate comparables. The end result is you win the case for a reduction. more
