You stand a very little chance, unless you show almost similar comparables. They are very good at picking comparables ? that?s the crux of the issue. more

Something is wrong with your property tax assessment? Send a signal to your assessor and that's where O'Connor plays a vital role. I've won my appeal last year and this year too I hope to do so, with the paperwork and appealing taken care of by O'Connor guys! more

O'Connor fits the bill 4/13/2011

Even if you have spent huge amount of money for adding a new feature to your house, when you factor in the depreciation value, you can very well see it is not too much. But, unfortunately appraisal district thinks otherwise. That?s the reason why, O?Connor fits the bill. Without their appealing, it could be tough to negotiate a tax reduction. more

Why pay your hard-earned money 4/4/2011

Everybody knows how turbulent the real estate market was last year. It was devastating when you receive a huge bill asking to pay tax that your house is not worthy at all. These people stood by me to reduce my taxes. more

I was told that they are preparing and handling appeals on all types of property. I approached them because, they are one of the licensed tax grievance consultants to reduce property taxes and they promised that they will charge no fee unless taxes are reduced. And, they lived up to the expectation!!! more

Got a fair system in place to appeal and reduce tax... 3/24/2011

Last year it happened to me. I own a residential property in Houston. The assessment was on the flip side apparently. But I could not find time to go through the appeal mechanism. These people approached me and they were able to reduce the tax, though not considerably but fair enough to convert into a decent saving. more

Property Tax Protesting 3/21/2011

Looking for the right property tax consultant? I would recommend this company from my personal experience. They did all the work for me in protesting property tax and my savings went up. They do all the paperwork and you have to pay only a part of the savings that they earn for you. more

I tried to figure out if there is a way to reduce my tax liability. I heard that O?Connor is protesting high property taxes for a long time successfully. I could definitely give them thumbs up because they were able to reduce my taxes last year! more
