The consultant who spoke to me regarding my request explained the procedure they follow in & out which relieved me off my stress. He spent a great deal of time with me explaining how things worked and ensuring that I was comfortable with the process of tax reduction. As a first time customer, I was extremely intimidated and scared by the whole process of property tax reduction. That is until I met the consultant at O’Connor & Associates. The tax value got reduced reasonably. Overall I am very happy that I had O’Connor & Associates as my tax reduction consultant.
